WINNING OVER FAILURE
One reason God created time was so there will be a place to bury the failure of the past’ Let me ask you, is the past holding your life hostage? Are there things you did in the past, mistakes that you made and you have not forgiven yourself, you have not been able to get over such experiences? Or are there people who though they are dead still hold the remote control of your life? People who said some harsh words over your life and even though they are dead you are still holding those harsh words and they are affecting you. As we develop the ability to win over failure, please remember that there is no life without challenges.
There are people with better chances than you who have ended up worse and there are people who had it worst than you who have done better. In the presence of adversity some people develop wings and they fly, some others go for crutches and they use their circumstances as excuses for failure. Don’t build a monument on your failure, learn the lesson forget the details. There must be a reason why God put two eyes in front for man I would have supposed that we should have one eye in front and one eye at the back of our heads for total coverage of our environment. But the Almighty God in his wisdom put our two eyes right in front to teach us a lesson that we should always focus on where we are going.
Once we have passed an experience we should let it remain in the past. Put the past behind you today. Failure is not permanent.
Dear friend, Failure is only an opportunity for us to start again more intelligently. Leave the past and lay hold on the future by starting again, press forward to success.
Experience is not what happens to you, experience is what you do with what happens to you. What are you going to do with the disappointments, the frustrations, the failures of your life? You can turn failure into fertilizer and plant the seeds of new dreams, new visions in the very place where you failed before you can succeed with outstanding success.
To win over failure, I encourage that you use your mistakes as learning experiences. Learn the lesson forget the details of your failure, don’t build a monument on that failure. Failure should not be fatal at the end of the day. Infact failure can become your friend. The person who tries and who fails knows a whole lot more than the person who has not tried at all.
Friend, you are closer to success now than you were before you try and fail don’t give up now.
Most people learn to run away from challenges you learn to run towards them. While others are running away from challenges you run towards them. It’s like the popular story of David and Goliath that, the young man that took down the giant. Other people were running away from the giant he ran towards the giant and got an unusual result. I encourage you to be the one who confronts issues, and don’t be ashamed to try. I have more respect for the person who tries and fails than for the person who doesn’t try at all.
