(i) Registration for Courses shall take place at a specified period at
the beginning of each semester. Each student will be required to present
himself for registration for the program of study for which he has been
accepted.
(ii) The central registration in respect of each department shall be
carried out at the Faculty Building.
(iii) Registration guidelines shall be distributed to students before
registration.
(iv) Students shall pay all prescribed fees to the Bursar.
(v) When students pay their fees they shall be issued with receipts and
clearance sheet which shall be presented to the Faculty Officer concerned before
the collection of registration forms.
(vi) A student must register for all the compulsory and required courses
prescribed by the department. In addition, each student for Diploma Course
must register for the General Studies Course (GES 011) which he is required to
pass in order to qualify for the award of diploma. Before registering for
a course, all student must seek the advice of the Heads of the Departments.
(vii) The submission of registration forms for the session shall end a
day before Matriculation in the case of freshmen and two weeks after the
Seminary’s official date of resumption in the case of returning
undergraduates.
(viii) Where a course for which students have registered cannot be
taught, late registration for another course will be permitted on the approval
of the Dean following due recommendation by the appropriate Head of
Department.
(ix) Students who are sick and cannot register for a course within the
stipulated period shall submit a genuine report countersigned by Students’
Affairs Officer to attend classes or use the College’s Library or any other
facilities of the Seminary until he has registered.
