Please note:
1. State Council, Divisional Council and Battalion Council are to include their local programmes as appropriate, e.g. Enrolment Services, recruitment drive, meetings, camps, etc.
2. Registration with the National Office is still open to all CAC assemblies.
3. Further information will soon be release on the venue and registration fee for the National Training/Workshop programmes.
4. Payment of al dues must be made through respective State Councils or directly to the National Office before founders day thanksgiving.
5. 30% of all the Royal Shepherds thanksgiving service proceeds should be remitted to the National Office at most 2 weeks after the said service.
6. Divisional and Battalion Councils are to intensify action in forming State Council and formalise state registration with National Youth Development Council.
7. All annual reports must be submitted to the National office latest first week in October.
8. Members are advised to cooperate and participate fully in all the programmes.
